RepairRama Warranty, Service Guarantees & Policies

Service Warranty

  • •All repairs are backed by a comprehensive 30-day warranty on parts and labor.
  • •If your device fails due to our repair within 30 days, we will re-repair it at no charge.
  • •Warranty covers manufacturing defects in parts used and workmanship only.
  • •Warranty does NOT cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear after repair.

Service Guarantee & Turnaround

  • •iPhone and Samsung screen repairs: Completed in 30 minutes or less.
  • •Most repairs are completed same-day (within 24 hours).
  • •If turnaround exceeds quoted time, you may receive a diagnostic fee credit.
  • •Complex repairs may require additional time — we'll provide an accurate estimate upfront.

Pricing & Payment

  • •Diagnostic fees: $15-$25 (applied to repair cost if you proceed).
  • •Payment accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Digital wallets.
  • •Prices quoted are final with no hidden fees.
  • •If repair exceeds quoted price, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
  • •Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment.

Liability & Data

  • •RepairRama is not responsible for data loss during repairs. Back up your device before dropping it off.
  • •We are not liable for third-party software, passwords, or account access issues.
  • •We do not retrieve or restore deleted data.
  • •Repair of devices with water damage or hardware failure may result in total data loss.

Device Eligibility

  • •We repair iPhones (all models), Samsung phones, iPads, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
  • •Devices must be powered off or non-functional to be accepted for repair.
  • •We reserve the right to refuse repairs on stolen or counterfeit devices.
  • •For devices with outstanding recalls or known hazards, we may decline service for safety reasons.

Quality & Testing

  • •Every repaired device undergoes full functional testing before handoff.
  • •We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or premium third-party parts only.
  • •All repairs meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.
  • •We stand behind our work with our 30-day warranty.
